Processing Time:

Processing Time is typically 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). This is the time it takes to create and finalize your made-to-order items BEFORE they ship.

Shipping:

Please note that posted shipping times are AFTER processing time, once the item has been shipped.

I cannot be held responsible for postal service delays or errors. I do not have control over what happens to your package once it is in the hands of the postal service.

These products are handmade by me, and made from natural materials by an engraving machine. I do quality control on every item, but no two items will look exactly the same and there may be small imperfections in an item. 


All sales are final. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted, unless there is damage or a mistake on my part. Please let us know within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, with pictures of the problem to be eligible for a replacement.
